Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us at booking@backyardbattleco.com at least 48hrs prior to event start time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48hrs prior to event start time may incur a $100 cancellation/reschedule fee. Weather related cancellations: In the unfortunate event that weather causes us to cancel the event, we will offer a reschedule of your event with no additional fees. Party 'Rain Dates' may be rescheduled up to 1 year from the original event date.
